Godzilla came crashing into theaters May,16,2014. I have been waiting for this remake for a year and i was so pumped about it. Godzilla's look and design is astonishing and i love it so much it was way better than the 1998 version which was pretty terrible to me and comparing them both side by side 2014 takes the cake and probably eats it, and his roar is just amazing

But like every movie there are flaws, first of the movie is more about the humans than the monsters and so many people just want to see Godzilla throw down but to me personally if the whole movie was just him throwing down it would have been really boring and what this movie did was just tease you until the end. there are times in the movie though where it kind of gets a bit boring to the audience and they just want to see Godzilla which is understandable. The end somewhat pays it off in the ending but not as much as you hoped for,one other bad thing is during the movie right when Godzilla is about to throw down it changes the scene instantly leaving you at the edge of your seat disappointed until the end. i personally did enjoy this movie it was a good one many people disagree and say it was a waste of time and all they wanted to see was monsters fight but if it was just monsters fighting it wouldn't be interesting and it the movie would have been pointless. The plot was great i am happy that it wasn't just like '' i woke up and i came to f#@% stuff up'' the reasons behind a lot of it is reasonable and is interesting it gives a little bit of background to the monsters. The movie in all was good i personally enjoyed it and was drawn into the story another good summer movie to watch.
